Overview
This policy describes the information SelfieShift may process and the choices available to you. This template requires final legal review before release.
Data collected
The service may receive account details, device diagnostics, support messages and limited usage events needed to operate and improve the app.
Photos
Local filters are intended to remain on the device. A photo is transmitted only when you deliberately choose a feature that requires server or AI processing.
AI processing
AI requests may send a selected image and effect instructions to Madrid and its configured processing providers. Location metadata should be removed before transmission. SelfieShift does not use face recognition or create biometric identity profiles.
Analytics
Privacy-conscious analytics may record events such as screen views, language changes and download clicks. Photo contents are not analytics data.
Accounts and payments
Account identifiers and verified subscription entitlements may be processed. Apple or Google handles mobile payment details; SelfieShift should not receive full card data.
Retention
Temporary AI-processing images are retained only according to the configured service retention policy. Exact periods must be confirmed before launch.
Children
SelfieShift is not directed to children below the minimum age required in their country. Final age requirements need legal review.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of eligible personal data.
International processing
Service providers may process data outside your country with appropriate safeguards where required.
